The Vision of the PHCC

Develop a spiritual environment which facilitates the Holy Spirit’s Ministry to the body, seen and manifested in spirit-filled lives, Christ-likeness in character and conduct, reflected in practical expression of love and genuine fellowship.

Maturing the membership to the highest commitment and service through continual exposure to Ministry, utilizing the membership in the programmes of the Church, to include small group and providing opportunity for the effective utilization of gifts and talents.

Achieve effective leadership development & discipleship for all level of the membership to include youth and children, through carefully developed Bible Study Programmes, Biblical Instruction, and carefully designed Training & Development Programmes.

Growing the membership through Evangelism and equipping the membership through training in Personal Evangelism, Mass Evangelism; and creating an Evangelism sensitive congregation that will continually impact their communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Complete and fully occupy the PHCC Worship Centre & Multi-purpose Complex on the Hill on the Hellshire Main Road, facilitating a growing and caring community of believers for worship and ministry.

Effectively doing ministry and social outreach through P.A.R.E.N.T.S. to the community of Greater Portmore, the wider Portmore communities and neighbouring communities, providing a place for persons to grow holistically as an expression of God's love.

Continually researching and implementing carefully developed purpose driven programmes and strategies, designed to achieve optimum levels of effectiveness in the operations of the six (6) Biblically based distinctive of the PHCC.
